The Management of McCoy College of Education wishes to inform all students that the College will officially reopen for the First Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year on Monday, 9th February 2026 for students in Levels 100, 200, and 300.
As you prepare to return to campus, your are kindly advised to take note of the following important information:
- Students are required to ensure that at least 70% of their school fees are paid before or upon arrival on campus.
- All registration processes will be completed online on campus. Students who fail to register will not be allowed access to lecture halls or residential facilities.
- Female students will be accommodated in the new dormitory block behind the male block.
- Allocation of beds will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Late reporting will attract a penalty.
- Students must ensure they register their courses within the stipulated period using the UDS registration portal.
- Late registration will attract a penalty fee of GHS 200.00.
- Students who forget or misplace their portal passwords will be required to pay GHS 30.00 for password reset.
- All payments should be made into the College account, and the pay-in slip or receipt must be submitted to the officer in charge for processing.
- The use of tricycles or motorbikes beyond the administration block is strictly prohibited.
- Cooking and the use of electrical appliances in the dormitories are prohibited. However, electric irons and phone chargers are permitted.
- Students are expected to adhere strictly to all deadlines communicated by the College.
- All students must observe and obey the College rules and regulations at all times.
- Students are advised to report early to facilitate the commencement of lectures on Tuesday, 10th February 2026.
- Please note that the semester will run for only nine (9) weeks.
Students are encouraged to comply fully with this notice to avoid any inconvenience.
